Total Time: Approximately 5 minutes to 1 hour depending on if you roast your vegetables or not.
Note: You will need a food processor for this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
4 roma tomatoes quartered
4 serrano peppers
1 medium white onion quartered
1/3 bunch of cilantro
1 to 2 teaspoons of salt
Juice of 1 or 2 limes
For this recipe you can choose to roast your garlic, tomatoes, peppers and onion or you can just use them raw. Please watch my video if you plan to roast your vegetables to see how I did it.
Directions
Step 1: Roast your garlic, tomatoes, peppers, and onion (optional).
Step 2: In a food processor add your cilantro and serrano peppers and blend.
Step 3: Once the peppers and cilantro are well blended add your garlic and onion and blend.
Step 4: Add your remaining ingredients and blend until everything is well incorporated.
Step 5: Enjoy immediately or place it in a container and store it in the fridge.
